Lived here 3 years. Never had any issues. Just moved out and it was really smooth. Bailie at the front office is the best. If you're thinking of moving here, you can't go wrong.
Azalea Bay……what can I say. We moved here a year ago and it has been wonderful. The staff is pleasantly surprising after dealing with other complexes. They are sweet, on top of things, and easy to talk to. The grounds people do such an awesome job, and are also pleasant to speak with. Maintenance is awesome. I’ve dealt with some other places and they DO NOT compare to these guys. The pool area is well kept and very much enjoyable to use. I am so happy to be a resident here for another year (since we are renewing for another year.). OH YEAH the FOOD trucks!!! So awesome for them to let food trucks come in almost once a week. It’s an awesome feature for the residents. I cannot say enough good about this complex. Y’all should Join azalea Bay!!!!
We’ve been at Azalea Bay Apartments for a year now and we absolutely love it! The maintenance team is quick to respond and come fix whatever we need help with. The ladies in the office are so kind. Also, the people living here are so sweet - it’s really an amazing community. 10/10 recommend Azalea Bay 🩵
Azalea Bay is a wonderful place to live. The property manager, Bailie, is very kind and made the move all the way from California super smooth and easy on my husband and I. The maintenance team, especially Gregory, is awesome and I can’t leave out the trash valet?! Would recommend to anyone moving to Gulf Breeze! My only note would be to pick the apartment location wisely. It can be kinda noisy around the pool/pickle ball courts :-)
We have been at Azalea Bay for over 2 years now and we still love it! It is clean. It is quiet and neighbors are wonderful! The apartments are sound proof; we live near the pickleball courts and we can’t hear them when they play! The staff are thoughtful and kind; we have never had an issue that could not be resolved. All in all the best place to live!
