Wes at 412 Angus Street (Conway, AR): Legally Right, Morally Empty We rented at 412 Angus Street in Conway and stayed far longer than we probably should have. My father, who was also on the lease, paid on time every month and did far more than required to improve the property — including unpaid renovation work and general upkeep, all on his own time. The only thing we ever asked for was basic maintenance. The house came with no insulation. Not a little — none. It was freezing in the winter and sweltering in the summer, to the point we had to run two window units alongside the central heat and air just to survive. Taleda McKee came into our home for sale without scheduling, while another agent was showing. She left the key in the door instead of the box when she left. She returned to next day (scheduled this time), and left the front door wide open in August with the A/C running the entire time. She put in a low ball offer for herself! Rude and inconsiderate to say the least! Thank goodness we were able to catch it all on camera!!!
