JC Home/Mold Inspections

I wish I would have done research on JC and if I did, I would NOT have used them. There is very little to find on Google, but they did have a poor rating on another review site. I will admit that I was Pretty impressed with speed of which they were able to show up; but couldn't have been more disappointed in what was missed during the inspection. Generator was leaking oil. AC was broken and actually had an alert/notification on the digital thermostat. Multiple places had Power wires were spliced in the attic and not in proper boxes, with hot wires exposed. Other places where boxes were not properly sealed or secured. Exhaust fans only venting in attic and not outside. (This feels like a huge problem since it's just pulling the moisture from the bathroom to the insulated attic.) Gas leak a
