Old National Bank

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The customer service is absolutely CRAP. Their attitudes are horrible, can’t no one help you. Was told “it’s not their job to ensure your money is protected “ and god forbid you’re upset they will tell you “with that attitude you can leave” or “you’re not my client with that kind of attitude “. Witnessed all of that in the bank. When you walk in, the vibe itself is not welcoming compared to other banks. And if there was fraud detected in your account and froze be prepared for them to wait days to freeze it, and they will hold any and all money you have until you pay what was stolen from you due to fraud. And after you pay and close out your accounts the teller will get loud at you and say “take your money I don’t care go somewhere else. We got what we wanted that’s all

DO NOT USE old national bank. Corporate miscommunication and zero local branch accountability completely disrupted my business finances. I cannot stress this enough, protect your business and go somewhere with fully staffed branch offices and people you know and trust. DO NOT USE Old National!!

This location is absolutely horrible. I’ve been banking here since it was first national bank and I’ve never had so many issues as I do since it’s been turned into old national bank. You have to wait 20 minutes in the drive through for anyone to even speak to you. Not enough employees or they just don’t care one..

One star because I can't give zero. They said they closed my account and didn't. Working with customer service to get it closed was painful.

A very nice customer service representative came on with me and helped me solve my problem.
