Jason is hands down the best realtor in Raleigh! I hired Jason to sell our home, and was constantly impressed at every turn. Not only did he sell our home, he did it in 8 DAYS! His level of expertise, professionalism, and experience is hard to find these days. When working with Jason, you get him. Not a team of people to coordinate with. He guided me every step of the way. He works with a great crew of tradesmen, cleaners, landscapers, and anyone else needed to get the home ready for sale. From value adds, to repairs and general cleaning, Jason has a guy for it. Jason is also well known and respected in the realty community, this helped tremendously with the visibility of our home's listing, negotiations, and coordinating closing etc. I cannot recommend Jason Dalton and his team enough!
