I generally had a very positive experience viewing the apartment with them and the unit was new and clean! Everyone was very polite and gracious and the rent wasn’t priced outrageously. Unfortunately, we got stuck with a different apartment and could not move forward so I haven’t rented from them but I would consider it.

Absolutely the worst apartment experience in history- I thought "it can't be that bad". It absolutely was. Major pest issues, water leaking from the ceiling, from light switches, ignored emails and messages. These guys are slumlords. Do not live here they should be taken to court. I have not gotten a response on any issues until I mentioned I’d be taking them to small court. I will keep this review updated on outcomes so others aren’t exploited by these people and take a more active stance against such predatory companies.

Joanne Carr....she is terrible. I dont know how she is working with people. She is very disrespectful and talks down to anyone that asks a simple question. She said i owe 1600.00, that was not true I have all my receipts. The building i lived in is disgusting and was not cared for. There is rats and vermin everywhere with garbage piling up. The apartments look run down. I had a smelly refrigerator infront my apartment for months and once I asked to have it moved no one responded.

At this building in particular, 88 Van Reypen st apt 1D , the boiler is so loud that you can hear it from half a block away. And they still havent fixed and updated it. It’s like a bomb waiting to go off throughout the whole winter. We lived with this for 8 months and when complained about the issue the owner told we were exaggerating the whole thing. We literally had 100 mails conversation. We are working professionals and newly married and for a year we had torture in our first home. We can never forget that worst experience in our lives . Play we had roaches in lakhs numbers and mice’s as well (special guests). The super is very attitude and rude .Packages are stolen everyday.

Almost rented from them but the renter left me hanging when they saw I didn’t make enough for their “requirements”.Thank goodness I read these reviews.
