I offered to pay full price for a home at 3206 Arden Rd for 5.5 Million in August 2022. That home has languished on the market for over 3 years because the owner didn’t want to make an unconventional transaction with our private tribal trust. His ignorance and arrogance lead him to miss out on a profit 3 years ago. LESSON: “WHAT YOU DON’T KNOW WILL PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS.”

Purchased my home about 7 years ago and still finding faulty components though the home was listed as ‘remodeled’ at the time. Found covered up mold under the sinks after after breaking down cabinets, electrical system seems to not be wired correctly (had a stove plug blow up), HVAC system didn’t work properly and professionals are saying they've never seen a system like this. It’s one thing after another. I wish I had read reviews on their business/types of homes before buying. If anyone out there is considering buying from them please do your due diligence and inspect every aspect. I was young and no clue, just wanted a home and settled.

Didn’t intend to leave a review. My purpose was to see if anyone is experiencing the same situation. To my surprise, several people are. I sent an offer, JH sent back a counter offer, we accepted. Didn’t hear from them for almost a week. They finally responded & wanted to change the terms to “no due diligence”. My client agreed, and we have yet to hear back from them. I call, I get the text back about being on the other line and send the property address. I respond, then I’m told that the sales team will reach out to me. Days go by. Never experienced this as a realtor. Not sure if we should keep pursuing this property or not. This might indicative of what the rest of this process will be like. I don’t want to frustrate my clients.

Hello, I am trying to purchase a home through this company, and they have been impossible to work with. I sent an offer it was rejected they countered the offer I said I would accept and radio silence. They are no longer accepting mine or my realtors calls or emails. This is so sad how they are treating people, I called them using 2 different numbers and they have only responded via text with the same message " On the other line. What is the property address of the property" you tell them the property you say you want to make an offer they provide you with an email and that's it. I really would like to purchase a home and I'm sickened. They are doing to me what they have done to others in this review. If this is the way you do business you should not be in business especially when dealing

IF YOU SEND AN EMAIL SAYING YOU'VE DECIDED TO MOVE FORWARD WITH AN OFFER, YOU SHOULD HONOR THAT. We spent several days negotiating on a home for my buyers. They sent me an email stating that they were going to move forward with our last proposal and all I needed to do was change the contract to reflect what we had agreed upon. When I was ready to send it, they sent another email saying they wanted us to use their closing attorney so I made another change and had it signed by my buyers and then sent it to them. Since they said they were moving forward with our proposal, we believed we were set. However, they sent us an email the next day just 10 minutes before closing stating that they got another offer for more money and decided to take it. This is playing games, no integrity. Not trustwor
