As a buyer, I’ve used Scott on three ocassions and he is far and away the best realtor I’ve ever dealt with. He’s a straight shooter (He actually talked me out of a house because he could tell it had foundation problems), he’s incredibly knowledgeable about homes and development patterns around town, he knows how to talk to the bank, and is a great negotiator who was amazing during the offer/close phase. When it comes time to sell, I know who I’ll be listing with.
