We had quite the interesting real estate journey in 2021, as did many I imagine. The broker at Jan Perry Realty helped us tremendously by giving us to Stephen Daoust - Stephen both sold our cabin and helped us purchase our new (old) farmhouse - a complicated transaction that had many, many moving parts. Stephen was incredible. Professional, kind, extraordinarily patient, he always had the answer or would get it to us in a timely fashion. Very responsive to questions and concerns, he was definitely our biggest supporter. I recommend no other for real estate transactions and that is as high of a compliment as I can give.

My wife and I recently purchased a house with Steve Daoust from Jan Perry Realty. We found this house we were interested in and Steve agreed to meet us there the following day. After looking at the home, we instantly fell in love with it and wanted to put in an offer.
