Blueprint Property Group

I had a one year lease with them, no complaints. They had a maintenance person out quick the only time I had an issue and got back to my texts/emails every time I reached out. They also had cleaning people doing the hallways every week so the building was always clean.

Garage door was not repaired properly. I paid $250 for the BOTTOM only panel to have rust removed and painted. They just painted over it and the rust is back. Blueprint never monitors the work. We were also told that we are NOT to contact Blueprint and contact our trustees. Why is that the case since Blueprint is being paid by us??? Also, since they represent Bousquet, where is the loyalty to the Pines. It is a conflict of interest. My driveway is a mess and the coat sealing did not take care of it. The people that installed gutters also scraped our driveway to make it worse. We had Moresi as the previous property management who was MUCH better and attended to problems in a timely fashion. They off great online ticketing for maintenance requests so that you are able to follow up. Maintenance staff responded timely and work on the request until completed which is a plus. I opted for Blueprint performing lawn maintenance which was great! Online payments worked great as well.

The crew taking care of our yard is excellent. The lawn looks like a baseball diamond infield when they're finished -- mowing, weed whacking, quick, accommodating and dependable.
