We are highly qualified applicants who have rented with perfect history & have owned a home since 2006. They kept changing the reason they can’t accept our application even when we offered factual contradictions to what they were claiming. First it was they need two rental history, which we have. Then it was too long ago. What do they expect?! The fact we’ve paid on time with perfect credit & reference doesn’t expire! DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES, will look into filing formal complaint with HUD.

This is the worst real estate company I have ever delt with. They discriminate against young people and use other reasons for not accepting your application. They are rude, unprofessional and have no compassion! I feel sorry for owners trusting their property to them for rental. Home owners you will lose money because of their ridiculous/ unrealistic expectations on possible renters.

She gets right to the point, and can handle even the most difficult of difficult. Jan Mahuna will take good care of your property as if it were her very own. She don't play games and will stand firm in support of those who put their trust in her. She has handled my property since 2009.

Does not answer messages from her site and called multiple times over a few days with no answer and no answering machine to even leave a message. When she did answer instantly sounded annoyed and, wouldn't let me finish a thought and started arguing. If she runs your rentals I'm sorry you aren't getting the business you deserve. She is very rude and disrespectful, I should've listened to other reviews on other sites.

Jan and her whole team are rude you don’t want to be around them they will give you the runaround and make up reason after reason why they won’t rent to you or even process your application AFTER you turn in everything they ask for and are well qualified feel sorry for the home owners that trust them DO NOT RENT
