Make Jake your FIRST call for home inspection in Hawaii. He answered our call immediately and came out the next day to inspect our home allowing us to move in early. Most affordable inspector on the Big island! Very professional! Takes his time and is very observant of everything. Bierman was quick to point out things that neither we or the experienced realtor even noticed. His finalized report was both detailed and user friendly, easy to understand.
