3/25- I’ve picked up so much trash in the last year that I could about send an invoice to the office for trash bags, gloves and labor. It’s like people just throw their trash off their porches??? Editing 1/12/25- TEN+ CARS got broken into, busted out windows on every one last night. No messages or anything from the office. Police dept sent a “community services officer” to take everyone’s info. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Editing 8/30- talked to police officer after getting our truck broken into, who said this apartment complex has the MOST theft/break in reports of any surrounding area!!! Make sure you invest in your lease worth of this roach killer before you move in- Massey comes if you place a work order but their stuff doesn’t work. NOT well-lit at night, lots of sidewalk is in pitch blackness

The images speak for themselves. This is of apartment 103. This is what we were moved into and had no time to find something else before starting our jobs. They gave us a $300 credit for this.. this apartment has about 6 minutes of hot water, we've put in 4 requests about it in the 14 months we have lived here and eventually just gave up. The mirrors aren't pictured, but they're scratched up and cloudy. Not to mention the dried food we moved into on our counter tops and cabinets, and the fact that one of our kitchen drawers is always falling apart. The neighbors are loud, mostly bc these are old buildings so you can hear a pen drop from your upstairs neighbors. The front office does not follow up in a timely manner for anything. Ive been here for the second year. Not a safe place, so many cars gets broken in to, including mine. Someone tried to get in my apartment months ago at 2am. Had 11 complaints for the AC that works when it wants but maintenance keeps saying it works fine. Theres not security at all in the apartment complex, ive been waiting for months to get a garage since apparently there was a list, still waiting. Today they give me a call that i have to pick up a trash bag in front of my apartment or i will get a 75 dollar fee FOR A TRASH BAG. When i moved in they had trash services we still getting charged 15 dollar for trash and now they saying its a Fee for the trash can? What in the world.
