Jamie is such a great communicator. She reached out to my first time home buyer weekly, checking in to see if they had any questions. She walked him through the loan process, explained the costs and timing, walked him through the settlement statement so there were no surprises for him. She kept me informed and in the loop every step of the way. My client and I both had a wonderful experience!
