What started as an availability issue for the unit we sought after, turned into a wonderful experience where we got to see how the staff work their magic. We recommend James Run Apartments highly. My experience at the James Run Apartment Complex began six months ago when I moved in, and from the outset, the management team and staff established a consistently positive and professional environment. Contrary to certain negative reviews I encountered prior to moving in, all interactions I had with staff were courteous, responsive, and accommodating, which made the transition into the community smooth and well organized. Claims of discriminatory behavior reflected in some reviews did not align with my personal observations during my residency. Throughout my time at the property, the facilities were well maintained and functioned reliably. The property manager Sharon and her associates Tim and Aleah are amazing. These apartments are luxurious and come with a lot of amenities like amazon locker, dogs park, club house , gym, kids park, beautiful trail with landscapes. You will love this place by all means.

Living at James Run has been a wonderful experience. There are two shining stars that work for the James Run community: Aleah and Ty. From the very beginning, Aleah set the tone for how residents are treated here — always friendly, attentive, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She truly sets the bar high in the office. On the maintenance side, Ty has been equally impressive. He’s not only skilled and reliable with repairs, but also genuinely kind and professional. It’s rare to find someone who can fix just about anything and also brighten your day with a kind word — Ty manages both. The apartments themselves are modern and spacious. She’s attentive, approachable, and always so pleasant to work with. Ty on the maintenance team deserves just as much credit — he’s hardworking, professional, and genuinely kind. It’s reassuring to know that when something needs attention, Ty will not only fix it but do it with care and a smile.
