It's a little small but for the price you can't beat it. My building isn't noisy and there is a washer and dryer to use so I don't have to go all the way to the laundromat. Surrounding neighborhoods may not be fantastic but the placement of this apartment is great because it's right next to a lot of other apartments, and right on a very active bus line. Not only that you are walking distance to just about every need, and any need not covered just walk to the end of the driveway and hop on a bus. I've had no problems in the almost year that I've lived here and I think it would be a great place for most people to live.

Do not rent HERE....the manager did not like me because I was a young pretty girl so she would make up things to get me in trouble with the landlord who was never on sight when these"supposed incidents took place"....her parents also lived right under me and when I would come home from work I would catch theme looking out the window to see when I was home ...then like clock work "management" would leave a letter on my door saying someone in my building is complaining of a loud stereo which is funny because I didn't even own a stereo! I even talked to my neighbors in the building and they said they never heard anything from my apartment. The maintenance man even stated that she was treating him oddly whenever she would see him talking to me and thought she was jealous of me....how juvenile

I’ll keep it simple I highly recommend NOT to live here. Poor mangment and HORRIBLE living conditions : Cockroaches : Bed bugs in various apartments : Horriable management :Owners jack the rent every month pretty much (literally because they feel like it but claim the cost of water and blah blah blah) : To get rid of the bugs they spray using the cheapest product : They won’t get a professional because they don’t want to have to accommodate all tenants of a place in the mean time. You’d be lucky to even talk to anybody as the manger there even answers the phone . I’ve call there 14 times about 3 minutes apart ( before me moving in and application process) and not 1 answer I went to office and nobody was there and mind you this was 3 pm. My apartment flooded 4-5 times. Had mold growing up my walls. Water pump was in my apartment making a loud sound that kept us up. Moved out and they are now refusing to give back my security. Not worth living here !!

It's a very quaint beautiful one to two bedrooms definitely affordable in an area that is farther away from the drama of the Northside it is easy access to apply and get information you need it has a beautiful view of downtown and ideal for single or couples or even newlyweds on a budget
