Fast and thorough, and also very fairly priced and friendly! Highly recommend Jason. (He provided me with a retroactive appraisal needed for my taxes/stepped up cost basis and capital gains reporting following the death of my husband. I had neglected to get it done at the time I sold the house. I hate dealing with such matters but Jason made it painless and easy. Really appreciated!)

Firstly, Jason actually answered the phone! Rare these days. After our conversation, he came out the very next day, toured the house and the outbuildings (despite the icy temps and mucho snow) and a day and a half later, I had the very thorough and complete appraisal in hand! You CANNOT beat that for service!! Excellent!!

I highly recommend Jason for an appraisal. He did the appraisal on a Friday morning and we had his report by early Friday evening. He spent time with my husband and I after his thorough walk through of the home, pointed out concerns on his end and addressed our concerns. In my opinion he went above and beyond my expectations. Jason was fantastic from our first phone conversation (which he answered personally) all the way through the whole appraisal process. He met us at our property (was even early!) walked us through every step, answered all of our questions, gave us a few suggestions then had our paperwork ready within a week. The paperwork was very clear, detailed and impressive. It is clear how important his work is to him, we couldn’t have picked a better person for the job. 5 Stars!!!!!
