Emerald Court Apartments

My experience with the process of moving my sister and niece who are disabled into Emerald Court the CRM staff made the process go very smoothly. They made it clear the documents required eventhough there was a lot of paperwork to sign. Understanding what I needed to do, the staff made it easy and straight forward. My sister loves her 1 bedroom apartment she shares with her non verbal and autistic daughter. She says the apartment is very comforting and she feels safe. It is awesome to see her hapoy and living at Emerald Court just 5 minutes from me. She says it is peaceful, airy and bright. She has access to her favorite shopping places like, TOPS, Walgreens and Dollar General.

Highly advise another company. Staff are discriminatory and under educated. Corporate CRM only willing to help very low income (which I currently am). With COLA, my extra $50/mo makes me suddenly rich, with a designator of low income. I’m a veteran and disabled. This company does not try to help. I’m blacklisted (although they won’t admit it). I went through the certification process (it was rigorous). They required independent verification of disability. Staff said I didn’t look disabled enough. There was no one on the waiting list when I went through this process. After being denied housing, with 3 available units, I’ve been placed on a waitlist 40 people deep…all of a sudden.
