JAG is definitely the premier property management team in Jacksonville. We came to them with a distressed multifamily that was horribly neglected from the previous owner and JAG helped us turn it around, get all the necessary services in place, make necessary updates and managed tenant turnover like a pro. I have been with various property management in the past and I have to say that Chris and his team excel in communication which is so critical for owners. The tenants are happy because repairs are made which is helpful for retention. 5 star all the way
