Jade West Apartments

I've lived here almost four years and Jade West Apts is a wonderful place to live. Very comfy, cozy and you feel Welcomed here by most everyone. I've made best friends and it feels like Family, like home.. I'm facing the Oasis in the middle of the complex. It's nice n quiet here. The Manager Rene is the Best!! She knows her stuff! Always nice, polite and informative. The grounds look great and clean with lots of trees and bushes that are absolutely Gorgeous! The outside walls are covered with these beautiful green rocks and all the doors are Green 💚 If you ever need anything, Landlord Rene will be on it right away. It's a Great place to live!

This is my 10th time renting, so I know a thing or two. I have been here about a year and a half. Jade West is a decent place to live, but it is not for everyone. My unit is not the nicest place I ever rented, cosmetically or neighborhood-wise, but in today’s market I’m plenty glad to have it for the price being offered. Our courtyard is a gorgeous little park that lifts my spirits EVERY day. It’s meticulously maintained (noisy leaf blowers on Wednesdays,) but there is nowhere to sit and enjoy it (to keep non-residents from congregating?) Gated fences on three sides of the property reduce that foot traffic to keep the courtyard serene, but to me it’s a hassle to need five keys to live here (apartment, mailbox, laundry room, dumpsters and gates.) This was my first apartment, and it was several years ago that I lived here, so I can't say anything about the current staff, but at the time this was a lovely place to live. Things were quiet, and the grounds were well-kept. The on-site management was friendly and helpful. I got my entire deposit back when I moved out. It's a little more expensive than it should be, but overall it was a good experience. I only moved out because I was leaving town.

Manager doesn't listen to anything I have to say about the mold in my bathroom. He never calls me back when he says he will. In addition, he has tried to charge me for things that were already broken when I moved in. There are homeless people who hang around the property and leave drug needles. Lastly, the price is way too high for these crappy little apartments. I would highly recommend not living there.

Lived there for 6 months, and it was a raunchy experience. Drug addict neighbors up all night being loud and nothing was every done definitively to stop the disturbance. The apartments are ratty, and way over priced for the space. They are still giving me the ru around about my deposit which they weasled down from 700 to 540, after I was told I left the space in great condition. It's just a horrible place to live. If you have a choice, DON'T RENT HERE!!!
