If I could give this apartment ZERO stars, I would. The office manager, Samantha, is rude, condescending, and completely unhelpful. It is beyond me how someone working in customer service can lack the most basic skill of being polite. When I signed my lease, I was promised several amenities—including no carpet. Yet when I moved in, there was carpet. The only people who showed me kindness and professionalism were Unique and Cam, who were helpful, compassionate, and understanding. They should be the ones running this office—not Samantha. When I brought up the carpet issue, Samantha dismissed me, saying, “If it’s not in writing, we can’t do anything about it,” and sent me away. ATTENTION ! It was Fourth of July weekend and the pools were awful. This is unacceptable most of the people living here are frustrated with the fact that they don’t keep the pools clean here. PLEASE pay some professional commercial pool cleaning and do not use the maintenance guys to do that, people are getting sick at the pools. Two weeks ago was same situation, pools were green… Every time I try to go to the office to talk to someone, I find people with attitude there. A lot of people mentioning Samantha on the reviews, but she is not for this position. (Maybe she’s good until you sign the contract to rent the apartment) These people do not understand that our rent pays their wages. If the situation keeps going like this with the pools or with the amenities we pay for we need to talk

I have lived here for a few months now and have had a fantastic experience. They are constantly making improvements to the property amenities. We have had a few messy storms and I have been so impressed with how quick they have gotten the pools cleaned out. Samantha, Cameron, and Unique are a powerhouse team and I have nothing but positive experiences with them.

I’ve been a resident of this complex for 20 years and I would say that Paige has been the most helpful employee I’ve seen here. She is very professional and kind. She has taken the time to help me on more than one occasion. I felt I should bring that to your attention.

Paige was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my move-in process. She was quick to fulfill my requests. I really appreciate her professionalism and support!
