Jade Apartments

I don’t personally live at Jade Apartment, but I’m a guest there every few weeks. I wanted to acknowledge one of the property managers Brenton. I truly feel like he cares about the building and the people who live there. He’s always been approachable, responsive, and professional, and it really shows in how well the property is maintained. His effort and attention make Jade feel welcoming and well-run, and it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed. I really appreciate someone who is as attentive as he is. Thank you.

Brandon is an amazing host, apartment complex is maintained like a 5 star resort. Views are spectacular if you get the right apartment. Maintenance staff are wonderful and treat even routine repairs as rapid response. Complex is quite new so minimal issues. Lots of Californians rent it so many apts rented but nobody there. Not crowded.

Updating my rating to 2 stars. Definitely not renewing with this guy "managing" the property I could write about recent events but its evident the company doesnt care about the property anymore I have lived on the 6th floor for some time, and our small community on this floor is very close-knit. I want to be specific about the reasons for updating my review. -Fire alarms: We did not receive proper notice prior to a specific event. Communication only occurred after alarms had already gone off. -Inspections: In October, inspections on our floor were moved to an earlier time, and the notice provided did not meet the required legal notice period. -Dog park maintenance: Maintenance has significantly declined. My assigned parking space is near the dog park, and the odor is overwhelming. Waste is

AMAZING! We looked at Jade to live here a month ago. Right off the bat thought how wonderful of place this is. All the staff and all the tenants are amazing. So we moved in two weeks ago. What a great place to live. We have all the luxury you can imagine. Cameras at every door, great gate and security company too. Feel super safe here. You can have things delivered no problem with theft. If any issues in apartment maintenance is right on top of that. They are here to make you happy for sure. Brandon and his team are great to us with move in process. You can sign your lease online no problem. Everything happens very smoothly. Key to freight elevator to get moved in fast. Great dog areas too. Very quiet community to live in for being so close to strip. The views are amazing and the balconies

My friend lives in this apartment complex, and it is a very nice community. I’ve been considering moving back from California to Las Vegas and reached out to inquire about pricing. Evelyn and Brandon are very knowledgeable about the property and answered all of my questions in a polite and respectful manner. It truly shows that both Evelyn and Brandon care about the property and the residents.
