Love this new apartment community! It is modern, clean, and in a great location. The layouts are well thought out and the amenities are actually useful. Tabatha is incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience easy and stress-free. You can tell she really knows the community and the area. Highly recommend checking it out!

I absolutely love living at Jackstraw Apartments! From the moment I moved in, everything has been top-notch. The apartments are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with great natural light and high-quality finishes. Maintenance is incredibly responsive and always friendly—they fix issues quickly and do a great job every time. The management team truly cares about residents and makes the community feel welcoming and well-run. The amenities are well maintained, and the location is super convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and everything I need. Overall, Jackstraw Apartments has exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-managed place to call home.

I've lived here for a month so far and love it! Beautiful brand new apartment complex, from my unit to the common areas including a very nice gym and west-facing top floor lounge (with a working record player) overlooking the mountains. It's truly luxury quality throughout and a great place to call home. Perfect location right by Old Mill / Box Factory, grocery across the street, a short walk to downtown and ample parking for guests. Front office staff and maintenance are all so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My wife, son and I stopped by the Jackstraw Fall Fest yesterday and wow, what a beautiful property! There’s truly nothing else like it in Bend. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially the staff. In particular, we got to tour a one-bedroom with the Nate (the property manager) and he was very friendly and informative about all the amenities that the property has to offer. He even took time to interact and share some laughs with our 15 month-old son, which meant a lot to us. The apartment was beautiful and had a ton of space. The Sunset Speakeasy and the Supper Club on the 5th floor were awesome and offered great views of the city and the mountains. Also seems like there will be plenty of parking for residents and guests. We went by the Jackstraw’s Fall Fest yesterday to get a look at the apartments and had a great time. The manager Nathan and his team were very accommodating and gave us a great tour. It was fun to hear how they’re integrating so many local companies into the building and even adding a bee hive to one of the common areas so residents have access to local honey! The building was beautiful and I think it’ll be a great addition to the area!
