Jackson Square Apartments

Jackson square has been a joy. They're very fast to respond to any maintenance issues and have always been incredibly supportive. The one time something did come up that was an issue I was able to speak to management and they supported me through everything I needed. Im very grateful for jackson square staff as they've always prioritized my safety and satisfaction with my unit. The units are nice and well maintained! They're also very close to the mall, grocery stores and the college! Overall very satisfied with Jackson Square.

I've had a good experience here. The office management is very friendly and welcoming. The maintenance is efficient, they take care ASAP, even the same day that it was required .

management is great and ive never had any issues regarding the office. the maintenance on the other hand is terrible and ive honestly never seen him do anything other than sit in his office on his phone.

They don't give you the chance to appeal an eviction. You have a max of 13days to pay or forced eviction will be executed. 0/10 would not recommend.
