Jackson Custom Homes

We hired Frank to finish our basement in June 2022 and as of today more than a year later he hasn't finished the job. There isn't a complete bathroom, bar, cabinets or granite. This was supposed to be a 3 month job and we have no idea when he will finish. His workers haven't been here in months and he hasn't returned any phone calls. We have paid him around 80% of contract. Does anyone know if he filed for bankruptcy and what court? New business name?

Frank and his team were awesome to work with. Their quality of work was phenomenal. I had his team work on a number of different odd projects in getting a house ready to sell and the house has great curb appeal and inside views based on the work his team did. I'd give them a 4.5 rating if I could based on some of the timing it took to get the whole project done. In reality, anyone you want to do work is going to take time and the best contractors are not immediately available so that's to be expected. Thank you Frank, Paul, and Jacob and their team for all your work, professionalism, and dedication to excellence!

Had some restoration work that needed to be completed. Called Jackson Custom Homes and was able to immediately get someone out to provide a free estimate. Frank was nice and professional with providing feedback along with the estimated cost of the job. Was able to get on their schedule within a couple weeks and it took them 3 days to complete the job just as they had originally predicted. Highly recommend to use them for any construction or restoration work.

If you are looking for some help with remodeling, you should reach out to Jackson Custom Homes and Remodeling. We have used them over the years with adding a new basement bedroom and bathroom, replacing doors and porch columns, painting, installing flooring, help installing a small bar and most recently updating the staircase to our second floor. Jackson always gives fair bids and sticks to timelines as best as possible, their staff/subcontractors have been courteous and respectful of our property and genuinely nice people to work with. I would recommend them without hesitation.

What an awful experience! My elderly mother used them to do a remodel on a condo she purchased and they took way to much time to finish the work and have still not completed it as requested. My mom would go to see what had been done only to find out that the workers were pulled off her job to go do a different job. DID NOT do the work the way she asked and after 4 months they still have not completed the job the way that my mother requested. Do not use this contractor unless you really don't care if the job gets done to your specifications or done at all for that mater.
