Jackson Crossing

I loved living at Jackson Crossing!! I was there for 2 years and was always treated with respect and kindness from the entire staff. Any minor issues that arose were promptly handled with professionalism and care. The only reason I moved was to move to another state. If I could pick up the whole property and staff and take them with me I would! The property was always being cleaned and updated and is a great price for being so close to downtown. I highly recommend this as a great place to live in Des Moines! High cielings, and new appliances. Very dog friendly too!

Firstly, the property manager Keirston always treated us so well. We didn’t really come across any issues, but if there ever was one, she was prompt, professional and equally friendly. The location is fantastic, we would walk to DT events regularly and it’s closer to everything from schools to work and everything in between. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, especially if you are going for a more luxurious look. We were so saddened to move, but we were growing as a family and needed more space that Jackson didn’t have for us at the time. We also wanted certain amenities, like a pool, but that’s not a big deal. Would 10/10 move back again given the chance if we stay in Iowa :)

I love Jackson! Both property managers are very friendly and helpful. Property its self is great the outdoor community area is brand new and the views of downtown are fantastic! Inside the units are spacious and modern. Love this place!

When looking for a new home for my daughters and I- Jackson Crossing was the best fit. It is minutes from downtown and has all the perks we were looking for-including the dog park for our two furry family members. We enjoy watching fireworks on Friday nights from the baseball stadium.

Apartment complex is in a really good location right off of downtown which is really convenient to walk. Complex itself is very nice, plenty of street parking for guests. Apartment themselves are really nice and feel modern. Price of rent is pretty good for the area and ultilities are suprisingly low in the summer. Overall one of the nicest places I have lived!
