Jacaranda Trail Apartments

Just off the reviews it’s not worth my time. I’m looking for an apartment right now reading the comments about this place and I give it a NO. I move state to state buying properties and now I would like to have a small apartment in some cities I do business with. This one here is an epic red flag. 2 people have lost their life, roaches, bad maintenance, bad staff, and more. If the property owners see this comment this tells you how bad this place is. You can even pay a service to fix the place up and it’s not expensive, less than $20,000. To be honest this sounds like slum lord activity, I will be there on Monday to check out your property in person along with your staff to make a final decision on a real rating.

Very clean complex. The tenants seemed friendly. I dont live here but I have delivered to this location.

I live in Oak trails apartments the office staff never answers the phone and if you leave a message they never call back they ignore work orders their lack of staff is not my problem they are violating my lease my dishwasher doesn't work my stove doesn't work the door is falling apart the tiles coming off in the bathroom this place is a disgrace I'll say it again they are violating my lease this place needs to be addressed it needs to be investigated.

The stay is good so far

Overpriced for ppl to have to live with roaches and things molding and a dive from the 60s that won't cook right. I don't live there. Nor would I. For those who have to I'm sorry. They need to do better.
