I did some work and it was complicated.

I had an extremely frustrating experience where this agent bought a property out from under me for around $6,000 while I was actively trying to purchase it. After she secured it, I reached out to buy it from her, and she quoted me a price of $149,000. That kind of jump felt completely unreasonable and came across as self-serving rather than professional or fair. More recently, the same property was listed for $27,500 and now it’s over $159,000. In my opinion, that kind of drastic and inconsistent pricing—especially after 24 years—raises serious questions. It’s hard not to see it as excessive or driven purely by profit rather than any fair market value approach. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend others be cautious before working with her.
