I have called JA Myers and spoken with Sasha who’s only solution to the problem is to tell me to shovel my own street parking and take them to court if I want my HOA fee back or further resolution on the road condition. You know where is plowed and shoveled nicely ? Infront of the homes that are still for sale and the roads they are currently building on because once you buy your home from them you don’t matter anymore. My HOA fees paid for this "snow removal" job. When questioned by our HOA president after there were many complaints, she was told someone came out to check and it is just fine. Notice the traffic cone in the center of the street. It is the only space where two cars can fit. Everywhere else is single lane because the snow along the sidewalk was not taken care of and extends into the street at least 6 feet. The next photo is my kitchen ceiling because the shower leaked. There was NO caulking along the floor and shower bed and water got under the vinyl. I would not recommend a JA Myers home to anyone. Oh!!!
