J & A homes were great to deal with. Ended a relationship and needed to sell my home. I was given a good price that now I no longer have a debt hanging over my head. Dealing with Anthony was great. Explained my situation. He was very understanding. The closing agent was very kind to me. This situation was emotional for me. But it was done in a professional caring manner. The process was quick. I would highly recommend them.

Anthony was wonderful to work with. He came to see the house at the appointed time, made a good offer with great terms, provided proof of funds, signed the contract shortly after receiving it and closed as promised, within 30 days of his offer. He was respectful of me and my time and allowed me leave anything which I didn’t want. The MOST important thing to me was that he dealt honestly and in good faith. He did everything he said he would do. I highly recommend working with him. He made a difficult situation stress-free.
