J5 Midtown Contemporary Homes

I have been an owner at J5 Midtown for several years. I can't say enough about the quality of the staff, cleanliness of the community and friendliness of the neighbors. It has been a great investment and a pleasure!

We have been owners at J5 for over two months now and we are so happy we chose J5. Looked at 20+ properties around Atlanta, several multiple times, but we kept coming back to J5. Everything is brand new, amenities are fantastic. The pool area and clubhouse are spacious with a lot of seating and a gas grill available. Next to the clubhouse and pool there is a nice fitness center with all new equipment. There is another courtyard with green space and another grill and ample seating. On the sixth floor, there is a very luxe indoor/outdoor entertainment area with a two-way fireplace which could accommodate larger groups. Conveniently located right on the edge of the Garden District and a short distance from Piedmont Park makes it great for walking, but also right across from the Midtown Comme

I am an owner at J5 I’ve lived here for over a year and can’t say enough great things about it. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The lobby has a very boutique-y feel and the amenities are outstanding. Very high quality throughout. Very happy I live here.

I have been at J5 for over three years and love the building, location, and amenities…. The rooftop deck, pool, and courtyard are fantastic the location is safe and quiet and I like NEW construction.. In regards to HOA fees we are significantly less than comparable buildings in the area….

Love living here. Great location. Smaller condo with less traffic, parties, strangers coming and going and great staff. During summer sitting by pool feels like being at a small resort with greenery. So great!!
