J3 Apartments

Hey I’m changing my review to 5 stars because the property management is pretty nice and went over my problems about the magic heater in the bedrooms. I’m still don’t understand where they’re located but it does work my room feels pretty warm from the magic heater. The place is really nice.

Been here for 2 months, only good things so far. Manager (Mike)'s very prompt and warm and helpful and loves his job. We put in a few work requests for the appliances and got them resolved the next day each time. Neighbors that I've met are nice. There's walking access to a mall where you can find groceries, clothing, food, drinks, ice-cream and the vibe is good. Some nice parks around too. Nothing to complain from me. - tn

They are working really hard to make our apartment living as good as possible. David the maintenance guy is awesome, you need anything done as soon as he receives the work order he's right on it. They also do a great job of keeping the pool cleaned and leaf free. The yards are also well maintained and green all year. If your in need of a good place to call home you should check them out.

Decided to amend my old review a bit. So far it has been a slightly average experience here as I'm closing in on a month since moving in. There are some really noisy neighbors below and beside me. I'm in a corner unit. At first I thought it was the people next to me as they have little kids but quickly figured out it is coming from BELOW me. It is so bad that it wakes me up and I know working nights means I sacrifice at times when I am renting. However this is happening outside of the quiet time hours. It is obnoxiously loud and makes my whole room vibrate. There is also a few issues with the electrical outlets in my kitchen. The bottom plug in my island outlet doesn't work and I can't have more than 2 things plugged in and working or it trips the breakers. Parking is good but road constru

I've been here for almost 3 years and my experience is subpar. The only reason I haven't moved is that they accepted my 3 dogs. Ever since my husband and I moved in we have experienced mold in every corner of our apartment (wall & floor) during Fall and Winter. We are very clean people and keep fans going constantly, so I know it's not due to us. We have also had an issue with the drains backing up in the bathroom sink and shower. This issue has been on and off for 2.5 years. One big issue is that we get charged monthly for Xfinity internet even though we don't receive the service. This has been going on since September/ October of 2023. The last manager Mike would not resolve the issue, as he stated that since we signed a contract he couldn't do anything.
