WHAT A NASTY FIRST IMPRESSION. I called regarding a house for rent and asked about a showing and from the first words out of her mouth with a HUGE SNOTTY attitude that her time was being wasted that the don't show anything until an application was fully submitted and approved. Im sorry lady if you usually deal with SHTXXX but i have been a homeowner most of my life and I would be appalled if I hired you to rent out my home. No Wonder these properties are sitting. WHAT A TRASH COMPANY treating people who call like this. SHAME ON YOU!

Reached an agreement, and signed a lease. Three days later I get a call from them saying they rented the home to someone else. Absolutely trash.
