Came to Elias after an unsuccessful attempt with a different realtor for the purpose of marketing and selling an undeveloped commercial property. Initially, Elias and his team evaluated the property and presented a valuation and a marketing plan. We signed up and Elias and his team put together a well-done marketing plan and actively worked the deal to get an offer in our price range. Property had some issues, that required permitting that Elias was able to resolve (with some delays). Throughout the process, Elias was diligent in working through issues and kept us in the loop.
