J.R. Schmitt Homes is INCREDIBLE and built our family the pool of our dreams. Every interaction with Joe is efficient, polished, thoughtful, and strategic. Joe has great communication, covered every last detail, went with us to pick out tile, pebble, waterfall, etc. Throughout the building process he always showed up on time, completed the project in the proposed timeline and within budget. Most of all, I can't say enough about him as a person. He is a family man, has a heart of gold and truly cares for his clients. He has a true passion for his craft and ensures his work is done to the highest standards. You will not regret hiring him to be your builder.

I have had multiple pools built over the years and no one can compare to the efficiency, prompt communication, quality, and fast pace Joe does. Our pool was completed in 6 weeks start to finish. He was always onsite with any subcontractors and watched over everyone to ensure excellent service. I give Joe a 10 out of 10

J.R. Schmitt Homes completed our home in May 2021. While dealing with material shortages and constant price increases was a challenge for us all, Joe clearly communicated with us throughout the process and helped us look for alternatives when we could. He did an excellent job scheduling and supervising the subs. You can tell that he really cares about delivering a quality, well-built house. Since completion he has timely responded to all punch list and warranty items. We couldn't be more satisfied and would recommend him without qualification.
