She (Kathy) was a most incompetent realtor we have dealt with. I don't normally like to write reviews or provide feedback but I feel I must share my experience with Joseph Aubin as my listing agent. He talks a good game but came short on delivering. From my experience, he did little to promote my listing, seems to be reactive instead of being proactive in promoting or doing anything for the property. I had to request that we hold open houses or suggest marketing ideas. I don't believe any marketing was done for the list except having it on the MLS listing. I truly believe that he was hoping to list the property on the MLS and pray that a buying agent will bring the buyers. Joseph seems to have a reason or response for everything. As first time homebuyers, we were apprehensive about finding a realtor. We called several and got a very "car salesman" vibe from most. They would offer to put us on mailing lists but wouldn't really listen to what we were looking for. Then came Joseph. He was the only one who made us feel as though he was looking for a house for us, and not just a commission for himself.
