Was hired to make 2nd story deck safe (new decking, secure hand rails, new steps) and rescreen covered area. 4 weeks after job was started its not complete. Hand rails still not secure, screened area is in worse condition then when he started. He said he could screen from outside now he wants to charge the same price to screen from inside and said it would be another week or so before he could return.

JP Dennis was very informative, he answered every question I asked with a quick response. My project took 2 days. They cleaned up after Themselves and took the trash with them. I love my deck it came out better than what I had in my head!!!
