Noticed wet spot in drywall in master. After inspection found numerous nail holes in upstairs bathroom drain pipe. Original install of master bath shelving resulted in nails driven in to drain pipe. They ripped out a bit of drywall, epoxied holes and patched drywall. House is 11 years old and I'm the original owner since 2019. Another prime example of Lindsey quality builds. Reached out to warrenty but home is outside or warranty period. This is not a warranty item. This is horrible attention to detail. Don't buy a Lindsey home unless you like surprises!

I have been SO impressed by the high quality team that Mr. Lindsey has and the craftsmanship within the home. Ms.Tina Wimby’s attention to detail and her prompt response to every email I’ve sent has been nothing short of amazing. The design studio team (Ashlee & Angie) were amazing. I was a little overwhelmed by all of my options and choices, but they were so helpful in helping me put together a beautiful interior and exterior. My home looks beautiful! Jack Mapp has gone above and beyond to ensure the home was built well and all of my design selections were included in the home. There were a few very minor issues during the build process, but Ms. Tina and Jack handled them with grace and speed. I cannot recommend Mr. Lindsey and his team highly enough!

Last month, we moved into a newly built, gorgeous home by Jeff Lindsey in Mill Farms, Peachtree City. Vee was incredible throughout the process, and we feel so fortunate to have worked with her. Ron and Corey made sure our home was exactly what we wanted, and move-in ready two weeks ahead of our original closing date. They continue to make themselves available for any issues that may arise. This was our first new build, and knowing that the Jeff Lindsey/Mill Farms team stands by their work has given us tremendous peace of mind.
