Horrible company I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. I live in palm coast and this greedy developer is building 6,100 homes in haw creek reserve. How money hungry do you have to be to literally ruin a whole ecosystem in a small county like Flagler. Florida is already over crowded and overrun with homes we definitely dont need more here especially in bunnell.

There is something fishy goin on. Inquired about a property and two days later received lengthy standard reply email that did not answer any of my questions about viewing the property or any information about the house. Instead it was all about their application process and fees. Sent a follow up email and 3 business days later received very sketchy and unprofessional email that was poorly worded. Again not answering my questions and stating that they had an open house and evictions were not allowed. Just rude and unprofessional. Worst property management company ever. Rented an old house with old outdated cabinets, old toilets with stain, with different tiles in every room. Dishwasher was never used and was dirty when I moved. Closets in the garage were trash. Mary Skaggs didn’t want to hear me and hung up on me. Very disrespectful and unprofessional people. House kitchen was burned by previous tenant and ducts were dirty as hell. I was always sick. Left everything cleaned and got overcharged for “cleaning “. The worst property management company EVER! Our last rental was for 7 years and had great references. We moved into this house, it was not cleaned and damage to the walls. Long story short, we put a couple thousand into the house and into the ridiculous landscaping over the 1 year we were there. Took 3 months to do repairs to our pool and we couldn’t use it. They would promise a discount off the rent and then took it back. When we moved out, they sent back half of the deposit because we didn’t use them to be our agent when we were buying a house and she was offended. They tried charging us for landscaping and fake repairs. They will even try to charge you for disinfecting the house. LOL. Who does that?!?! We left that house spotless and way cleaner than when we moved in because we knew f
