J Linea Apartments

A great building with very helpful and kind staff. Requests and issues get addressed and taken care of immediately and every single person takes their job seriously. Everyone working at this property deserves a raise! Would highly recommend to renters. Next to Howard University and very closeby to two green/yellow line metro stops. The U-St scene is nearby but not too close which is perfect. When given the option to renew the rent was not raised that much at all, especially compared to other DC Apartments, which is another big reason im leaving this review. Overall, amazing staff, good location, and great apartment. Would highly recommend.

This apartment building has been an outstanding experience from day one. The building itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed, but what truly sets it apart is the staff—especially the concierge, Stephon. Stephon is the definition of excellence in hospitality. He is consistently professional, warm, and incredibly attentive. No matter how busy things are, he always greets residents with a genuine smile and makes everyone feel welcome!

Great process moving in with Melissa! She ensured to answer any questions I had, communicated if I was missing any documents, and is really kind. Also the concierge are really kind and helpful. It’s a nice, clean, safe environment so I’m glad I decide to move into this complex.

I moved into J. Linea this year and so far my experience has been great! The apartment is really nice overall. The rooftop is definitely a highlight with the views of the city skyline in the distance and access to the grills and chairs/tables. Darrell, our service manager, is quick to respond to repairs in our apartment and gives reasonable time lines on work orders. Thank you so much for making my experience living here that much better!
