This is the worst management company in all of New York City. They do little work for a ton of pay and no customer service value. Almost every single person I spoke to at the company is incompetent and unhelpful. It doesn't matter if it's a small or large issue, there is no one at JKNY that can help or wants to. Do not use JKNY if you are looking to rent in NYC.
Juan Camilo is very professional, he knows what he is doing, I was very satisfied and happy with his advice.
