“Give honor where honor is due.” The staff at J Copper Row are awesome. Jamal exceptional and a devoted community manager. Before I moved in he was very responsive to every email, and answered all my questions. I told him recently that I have never been treated so well living in a community. Chante and Shanice are lovely and inviting they too are amazing duo working to make sure I am secure in my stay here at the Row. I moved from another state and this is my first time in the city, and I am grateful my experience has been delightful. Let me not forget the concierge. They have been great, helping me with questions I need. Bravo to all the staff at J Cooper Row. Great people, apartment living, and wow the area is wonderful. Thank you!

I had a great experience speaking with Aniya today over the phone as I was talking her head off. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to, and she took the time to answer all of my questions. She was very patient with me as I had a lot of questions. She also sent over an email of virtual videos of the apartments they had available probably like a couple mins after we got off the phone which I greatly appreciated how fast that was. J. Cooper’s Row is a great property in navy yard with so much to do plus it’s so close to the baseball stadium you can’t beat that if you are a baseball lover like me. I’ve had my eye on this property and based on my initial experience with Aniya, she seems great to work with. I definitely recommend J Coopers Row for your next apartment.

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience during the application process due to a concerning pattern of lapses in communication. While it took 10 days for my application to be approved, I was patient and understanding that screening delays can happen. However, after being approved, I had questions regarding the leasing special and responded to my welcome email at 2:30 PM the same day it was sent, seeking clarity. Seven days and two follow-ups later, I still had not received a response. Although I did see missed calls, I clearly communicated in writing to the leasing agent I worked with that I prefer email correspondence for documentation and clarity (especially when discussing financial information and legally binding terms). I moved in to J. Coopers Row four months ago and it's been amazing so far. I really appreciate the staff - super kind and helpful. The building is clean, quiet and safe. It's close to the cafes, shops, banks and train station. They have community events and the rooftop is gorgeous. Highly recommend!

So far, very quiet and easily accessible to residents. The apartments are very well equipped with modern touches and ample closet space. The property staff are also very kind, helpful, and informative. We also love the cleanliness of and care put into the building.
