If zero stars was an option! I moved in and roaches immediately became my roommates. The maintenance men are senior citizens using their retirement and NEVER fix anything. My appliances are rusted and old and I have only been here for 4 months. I have complained and they are not replacing them. They just close maintenace tickets without fixing them. I have a ring camera and NEVER see anyone come in to fix a thing. Not even pest control which I request regularly. SOOOO TERRRRIBLE! There are signs that says no pets and no smoking, there is weed smoke all the time and pitbulls. I know for sure pitbulls are not emtional support animals. The fitness room is out of order but I know that is still included in my rent! The reviews that are saying they love it are liars and probably frie

I came here to get some information and to tour this property. Ranielle was very helpful in explaining the move in process. She toured me on an apartment and it was very nice. The complex is a little older, but still in good shape. The grounds was clean by the office. I drove around and saw some trash in the back in the parking lot. People are disrespectful and don't throw their trash away. I would hate to live next to neighbors that don't take pride in where they live. I hope the apartment I applied for is in the front. great place and the pool was open!

These apts are really nice. My auntie has been living here for 3 years and she ain't got roaches like ya'll got roaches. maybe ya'll need to clean up your nasty houses. roaches stay in ya house because you filthy. my auntie is clean and enjoys living here and I like visiting her. granted the gym and laundry ain't never opened but that's okay. I asked the lady in the office and she said its opening soon. we'll see about that.

Do not move here! They have roaches also across the street in the other complex, they have rats. The lady in the office never answer and she always have an attitude and LEGITIMATE does not want to be there. The maintenance man literally lives there and he’s the only one that seems to care fr. There are NEVER any parking spots. I’m 6 months pregnant and sometimes I get home at night, those nights I get home I literally have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to my apartment. Children are always lounging outside your door and the hell with sleep because you ain gettn nun. The pool is never really open. The trash is always full. Like I feel it’s the people and the apartments. These folks nasty as hell.

Lived here since 2020. It’s a great place to live at and a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking and the dumpster is always being taken care of. The property is clean and maintained with routine inspections and pest control services due to management and the property owners taking care of the place. You have to use a portal to request Maintaince which can take some time (the work orders are sorted by urgency) but I like the fact that I can pay my rent via check instead of through the portal. The office cash them on time, which I appreciate and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only downside is there is no functioning laundry room and exercise room. They do have a pool and it’s well maintained (but currently out of service due to the weather damage) but it is on the small side
