Ivybrooke Crossing

We Have been living here for 7 years..one time we.almost made the mistake of moving..but realized we were already home. The staff and maintenance men are great. My neighbors are wonderful. There is a huge in ground pool and not to mention the plethora of wild life is neat to see. Our dog Even made a friend..she's been around for years since she was a baby fawn, playing with our pup, both are now grown.

You will not see anything done in a respectable timeframe, such as: - an abandoned car right in front of one of the buildings since November 2024. Was not resolved until Summer 2025 - A/C units not blowing cold air, raising your electricity bill? No response after weeks. Took weeks to fix, with no communication or follow up. Disappointing, as previous staffs were truly incredible and many tenants miss them deeply. There is a new staff as of September 2025, yet issues such as communication still persist. They also removed the ability to renew and view leases online, so they have intentionally moved themselves to be behind the times. Despite all of this, they still feel entitled to rasing rent by over $100/month going into 2026

My bathroom ceiling was replaced, and it looks great! The workmenship was superior and I am quite happy !

I have been at this complex for over a year, and i have nothing but great things to say! Buildings and property grounds are always kept clean. The office and maintenance staff are very friendly and willing to help with any issues or repairs. Anything I've needed repaired, they take care of within the next day or so. It is a nice and quiet area since its set back from the main road, lots of deer and wildlife, and close by to many great things in town.
