I’ve been impressed with Ivy Point Richmond. The community has a calm, friendly atmosphere that makes it easy to settle in and feel comfortable right away. The staff is consistently warm, responsive, and truly invested in making sure residents feel supported — it shows in the little things and the big ones. Matthew has been a great help whenever I’ve had any issues. The amenities are a standout. The pool, pickleball court, fitness center, and shared spaces are all well‑kept and thoughtfully designed, and the apartments themselves are spacious with smart layouts. It’s clear a lot of care went into creating a place that feels both modern and welcoming. What I appreciate most is the sense of community. Neighbors are kind, the environment is peaceful, and it strikes a great balance for anyon

After 14 months of living at Ivy Point Richmond, I wanted to share an update. I’m happy to say that this is still a fantastic community. Sometimes, residential services can drop off after you move in, but that hasn't been the case here. The management team continues to be approachable and professional. I also have to give a shout-out to the maintenance crew—they are nice people and handle requests efficiently. If you are looking for a reliable, peaceful and pleasant place to live, I definitely recommend checking this place out

This 55+ active adult property is amazing! From the moment you walk in to the staff. Christie the Manager toured us and the feeling we got on how much she cares about her property and her residents really shows! They are so lucky to have someone like her. The unit we toured had a lot of storage space and all units had high ceilings. We love this place and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful place for elderly living. Lots of parking space open, shaded and paid garages. Apartments are nice and comfy too. Two and three rooms mostly with built-in laundry. Enough storage space within the apartments with closets, walk-in closets and cabinets. In common area you get gym, movie room, game room, conference/party room and common area with on the house coffee and tea. Inside the Apartments, carpets or tiling is needed in corridors.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex since it was only six months old, and I’ve seen two different management companies come through. By far, Christi N. has been the best manager we’ve had. She’s responsive, professional, and truly cares about the residents. Any issue that comes up—she handles it quickly and thoroughly. The maintenance here is done by just one person with an assistant , but you’d never guess it. The property is always clean, well-kept, and in excellent condition. It’s a quiet, friendly community with great neighbors and no noise issues. I just signed my second lease, so I will be here another two years. As long as Christi is here, this will be the place I choose to call home. Highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to live!
