Ivy Point Friendswood

I’m writing this review not base on the living facility, more for the respect that’s not given when I deliver packages here. I never had an issue with getting water or any condiments. I was denied access by the temp they have monitoring the front desk. Ms. Lauren is GREAT but might want to give advice to your temps. I’ve been delivering before any residents move in.

This property is gorgeous!! I’ve got to experience it first hand. So many amenities! Gym, movie room, meeting room, fellowship hall with a stage for live music, game room, putting green, fire pit, a dog park area, and not to mention to grill area next the the sparkling pool area! Spacious floor plans that also include office areas. Very affordable for what you are getting. The managers we kind and welcoming. Very professional and down to earth. Laura went above and beyond for me. She is outstanding in hospitality.

I visited this property to see if an over 55 community would be nice for my wife and I. It’s beautiful. The staff was amazing and very knowledgeable. We will be selling our home in the next year and made up our minds to lease here. Check out the movie room and club house if you get the chance!

Lived here about eight months, it was a wonderful experience very nice place, well managed, the management and the tenants are all super friendly. They make a concerted effort to create community among the families that live there.

This 55 plus community is very upscale with lots of amenities. My parents and I toured and have it currently at the top of our list.
