I have been in this company’s homes, the quality of finish work is terrible. The drywall is absolutely horrible as well, my 12 yo can mud and tape better than whoever was contacted to do this. There will be sinkholes in your yard they will basically refuse to fix. Cabinets pull away from the walls. Floors are uneven, floor joists are up and down in different areas. Built like a track home with the quality of a track home at the price of a custom home. DO YOUR HOMEWORK, check reviews, talk with neighbors before buying from this company.

Will update review in a year after the warranty is up with Ivie. We purchased a display home via Ivie League. We've been in the home for a little over three months. CONS Unfortunately, you can face pros and cons with new construction. We've had some minor things happen like our door leading to the house in our garage was off the hinges and not properly installed. We had to get someone to come nail back a piece of the soffit that fell off during a storm. The contractor told us that Ivie switched to longer nails after our home was constructed to prevent this. Ivie has covered those fixes under warranty. We are still waiting on our 60 day warranty fixes like a door not closing all the way to lock and hardware falling off. We also had an issue with the smoke detector in our main living room

Completely unhelpful in a design install failure on multiple expensive repairs on This home was completed in 2020 We had to get a new shower stall installed in the master bath because it was not put in correct. This cost several thousand. The pictures of boards above garage are rotten already because of poor build quality installation this will cost a few thousand also to repair.

Working with Ivy League homes was great, they go above and beyond to help you find your dream home and even helped us sell our home. They supplied resources during our sell that I’ve never seen from another company. They even had their own personal handymen come out and do some final touch ups on our home to make it perfect for the sell! We ended up getting way over asking price on our house and got our dream home for a fair price. Could not be happier with our experience. They also have created a family feel to their company and host events with current and past home buyers invited! Allyson and Jen were amazing, and Allyson was always available and incredibly responsive if we ever had any questions or wanted to see a home for a walk through. They don’t act like it’s a nuisance to help us

Ivie league homes built our first home and we could have not have been happier. They made it feel like we building a custom home worh all the options we were able to pick out and make it our own. Billy and Kim were amazing to deal with and always polite, courteous and prompt on getting back to us about any question or concern we had. They are very organized, efficient, and clean in their building process. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a home.
