Brookview Apartments

It is a cozy place. I've lived here around 3 years but planning on moving sometime this year. There are some issues that have come up over the years. Things like water issues in others apartments. I've had to scrub mold once in a while under my sink. The windows are very dirty and don't stay up on their own. There is a sort of sunk in spot on the floor, in my dinning room area, and some nics and marks around. For the price though, they go by what you make, it isn't bad at all. My land lord is super nice and willing to answer questions you need. All the people that live around me now seem stable and friendly. There isn't a lot of drug activity around, that I've seen, which is great. I've needed an exterminator and a repairman called and she did her best to get them as soon as she could. Not

This place is a dump! It's dirty and management does nothing to take care of it. I was fortunate to find another place and there's no comparison to where I live now and when I lived there. I made nice friends there who are also wanting to leave. I hope they're able to soon. The elderly and disabled deserve to be treated much better. I saw where Coleen Tinsley, Property Manager, said it was a nice clean place. It's not. Dryer vents in laundry room are all clogged up and need to be cleaned out which Coleen Tinsley should do every so often. A good way for a fire to get started. The doors are hard to open but never gets fixed. Nothing gets fixed. Think twice about it before you move in. I hated to give it a one star.

If you are looking for clean, quit, affordable housing.... this is it! They except NECAC, and water/trash is included in the rent. Nice Manager too! LOL

Nicest thing about this place is the new sign they put up.
