I had a great experience with La Cantera home Loans. They treated me as a human being and not a number. I had personal cell phones and could text/call anytime during the day or night (provided it wasn't unreasonable) and either Priscilla or Matt would respond back promptly. They fought for my closing date adjustment to save a mortgage payment, helped throughout the entire process. They made this a very easy experience despite my troubled credit history during the Covid pandemic. I really wished I would have bought a year ago given the market, but I am happy that they were able to get me approved this year and Matt was able to get me a rate and work with me in such a way that I was ultimately happy with. I cannot express how grateful I am for these individuals. You won't be disappointed!

We have used Mark twice in the past 10 years and would hands down recommend and will continue to use Mark and his team. We have bought houses in Odessa and DFW. You do not have to be local to Mark for him to help you! If you want a team that will make you feel like it’s “too easy of a process” to buy a house, then this is the team for you. Military friendly for the VA home loan users (which by the way, is not as common as they say) and extremely knowledgeable. Will help you figure out what you need to do to have the best experience home buying possible. This time Mark let us work with the Loan Officer Matt and he was top notch!
