Updated review** There is a new management company and they are working through some kinks. Maintenance requests are submitted differently, but there are people to talk to if needed and that's always appreciated. Overall, I still enjoy living here greatly. The litter and gate being broken are main complaints. Below portion was left previously (2 months ago) for ZRS management 5 star review: From touring the property and getting the in depth tour from Mike, to the communication through out the application process, to living here now for many months- we are super impressed. I walked into Isles at East Millennia today to get a scope of the complex and fees. I was greeted by Christina who was very friendly and hospitable. She showed me a beautiful apartment and I was most impressed. The level of service and care is top notch and their coffee bar and amenities are wonderful. Plus the apartments come with outside storage! I would definitely consider renting with them! I will be back!

HORRIBLE ROACH INFESTATION unit 811 (update below!) I really didnt want to leave a review as im a fairly new tenant, but here we go. I Really wish i could leave a more positive review on this place as its a beautiful apartment and complex, but the pest situation is a health hazard that must be addressed. The front office is great, cassandra and mike are a great team with great customer service. 5 stars to them. This place is a looks can be deceiving kind of apartment. ~Online~ its a fully renovated beautiful unit for an amazing price point, but than you move in and see 20 roaches in a span of 30 minutes on your second day in your unit. Wow! Where do I even begin? I’ll try my best to keep this short however this complex has gone above and beyond for me and I truly consider them family at this point. My journey with Isles started in 2020 when I literally moved across the country alone, they helped me learn about having my first apartment alone and also listened to the concerns I’ve had. Since they were amazing and flexible with me I did come back for another lease in 2023-2024. I just moved out due to work relocation but let me tell you it was bittersweet. They really made this place feel like home. The management was very attentive and willing to work with you if you worked with them.
